It is a beautiful Sunny and Pleasant day with a high expected of 84˚ and a real feel of 87˚.
It's a beautiful day to take a walk with a loved one, your pet or simply enjoy life. Feel free to take a stroll down our famed Blvd with the finest of shops and try one of our top notch world class eateries for a taste of the finest cuisine anywhere in the world.
Ready to relax? Relax with a mud bath, facial, massage and your very own private cabana boy at a number of our Salon's along the Blvd.
After your spa treatment we have the finest male escorts available to entertain you, only the most handsome and respectful young men are available for your choosing. Your date will take you to dinner at one of our 5 star restaurants where your palette will be amazed at the world class cuisine and superb flavors you will experience.
Then your date will take you out for a night on the town, dancing, the opera, a Gallery exhibit or for a romantic walk along the sands.
Obviously this is happening somewhere other than where we are since the high today is 58˚ with a REAL FEEL of 52˚.
So, I will be turning up the heat to bask in the warmth of a tin box with my loved ones, saving money staying indoors, eating italian home made cuisine that is the finest in my house today not the world.
I will be relaxing by the one eyed monster without a mud bath, facial, or massage, and the cabana boy just left for work, so, so much for that experience.
Tonight I will be experiencing a night in, listening to the sounds of life, the dishes clanging, the heat whistling, the soda popping, the old man farting, and the kid going tap, tap, tap, tap, tap, tap to video games and the dog staring at me intensely begging to be rubbed, and the closest thing i will get to a romantic walk along the sands is gonna be when my old man quits snoring so I can finally go to sleep.
Oh, and tonight when it reaches 38˚ I will be curled up in the fetal position wearing wool socks under not enough blankets with not enough gas in the furnace next to a man whose body heat will cause me to rid myself of all the blankets, the fetal position and give me the desire to drain the gas from the furnace which by now has me hotter than a turkey at Thanksgiving.
Let's just hope we can one day all find that special place I described in the first email.
So have a good day in the city.

Treasures To Behold
What are yours and where do you keep them?
Today, I am Thankful for all of the friends and family members whom have been instrumental in my life. We do not always appreciate what we have in our life until it is gone. I have chosen today as a day to be appreciative of those around me before they have gone.
While material items can be replaced the notes, pictures, and keepsakes we have usually can not. If you ever have to salvage these items that you thought were tucked away safe and sound only to find they were not safe at all, hopefully you will come to the realization that the Memories from these times shared with your family, and friends are far more valuable than any piece of paper you could try to keep.
So do you throw them away if they are damaged, of course not. Keep those you feel are worthy, take time to scrapbook them or store them in a safer place for future generations. If there is one thing I have learned by being friends with some older wiser people it is that we learn from the past of our ancestors. History does repeat itself, whether we like it or not. So if it must repeat itself why not be prepared and plan for the fall, uprising, or unexpected.
Talk to your elders today, ask questions you think you would like to know if they were no longer here. I can remember asking an Aunt once what she did when they were kids to play and it is amazing at how creative kids were when they grew up in the depression. A simple empty thread bobbin became a necklace with old shoe strings and so many other things about other family members they will be able to tell you.
So find out what your Treasures To Behold are and keep them in the best place for you. My Treasures To Behold are best kept in my Heart. Memories are what we make of them. Keep the good, forget the bad, move beyond the past, and look to the future.
Go with God and May God Bless you and your family today and always.
